He has extensive experience in the field of Consultancy Project Monitoring Vendor assessment Third Party inspection of stores used in the water supply projects such as Steel Pipes, GI Pipes, HDPE Pipes, Pumps, uPVC Pipes and fittings etc.

Anant has a civil engineering degree from Delhi Technical University and did his masters from RMIT, Melbourne Australia His professional experience comes from his working with EliTes India Pvt Limited for last 6 months in the capacity of structural Engineer. Main roles in organisation has been Playing a vital role in the progress of the projects by liasionjng with other Engineers to develop design deliverables as agreed with the client and set the deadlines with the objective to get the desired outputs.

Meeting with the directors and conduct brainstorming session to understand and also present the concept design.

Involved in-situ testing site to conduct risk analysis on projects with Senior Engineer on each project where he conducted material assessments and assigned geotechnical parameters prior to conducting design Preparation of preliminary designs and concept drawings for clients where required. As part of the requirement of the job he Have also been preparing reviewing both internal and external non-conformance reports and assisted with projects QA/QC project documentation.

She has worked in the field of Third party Inspection of various stores such as Steel Pipes, GI Pipes, Plastic Pipes and fittings, Hand Pumps and accessories etc. with extensive experience in Business Development, tendering process and project supervision coordination with client and project teams she has handled multiple projects. As M.R. for ISO – 17020 she is responsible for implementation of ISO : 17020 in the organization and co-ordination of internal and external audits with NABCB.

rajesh Khare is a graduate with post graduation in structural engineering. He has 37 years of experience in the field of water supply projects at U.P. jal Nigam where he Was engaged in various assignments such as construction and supervision of drinking coaster mains, over head tanks, planning and designing of sewerage schemes etc and 8 years of experience in CPWD as Civil Structure Design Engineer.

Indu Kant Srivastava is a graduate in civil engineering. He has 39 years of experience in the field of water supply projects at U. P. Jal Nigam where he executed and supervised water supply, buildings and road projects.

And 15 Years in RITES Ltd., where he worked in various fields such as : Detailed Engineering, procurement, installation and commissioning of Machinery, Plant and Equipment for Coach manufacture. Setting up of component manufacture and assembly lines, Computerization of workshop management and operation.Create a strategic vision for the business that stems from but not company's existing strength and build on its distinctive competitive advantage. Establish the basis priorities, ethical values, policies, attitudes within the Company that will install a sense of personal involvement in and commitment to the strategic vision throughout the organization.Develop the business strategies and operating plants that reflect the long term corporate objectives. Scanning the business environment both at the International and Domestic levels and developing the Company's corporate and business plans.
